Many of the families we work with have been doing this, largely alone, for months or years before they contact us. Some were sent home from hospital with a care plan and limited guidance. Some have watched their child’s needs increase gradually, and found that the support around them has not kept pace.

Every care package starts with a nurse-led assessment of your child’s specific needs, not a generic paediatric care model. Our nurses are on the ground, involved in assessments, and present in the delivery of care. When something changes, someone clinical notices and acts.

Children may need support with some or all of the following. Every procedure is delivered by trained carers working under nurse-led supervision, following individual clinical assessment.
Advanced Clinical Procedures
Ventilation support, tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, suctioning, catheter & stoma care, delivered by nurses and trained, signed-off carers.
Condition-Led Care
Specialist support for acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, MND, muscular dystrophy, stroke recovery, dementia, mental health conditions, and more.
Personal Care & Daily Living
Washing, dressing, oral care, medication support and daily living assistance, administeed with dignity, within a nurse-supervised framework.
Palliative & End of Life Care
Compassionate, nurse-led care that keeps comfort and dignity at the centre, coordinated with GPs, district nurses and specialist palliative teams.
