Every care package starts with proper assessment. We want to understand not just the diagnosis, but the person, what matters to them, what their daily life looks like, and what good care means to them specifically.

CareLink Direct’s clinical team and trained carers are experienced in supporting people with a range of serious and complex conditions, from acquired brain injury and spinal cord injury to motor neurone disease, dementia and stroke recovery.
CareLink Direct is registered with the CQC for Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury. This means we are authorised and clinically equipped to deliver care that most home care agencies cannot.
Our nurses are on the ground, directly involved in care, and supported by a team of trained carers who receive specific preparation for each person they support.
