Get started with a no-obligation consultation.

How it works

Three steps. From the first conversation to care in place.

Here is what happens when you get in touch.

  • Nurse discussing care plan with elderly woman at home in Sussex and Surrey

    We get back to you

We aim to respond from within a few minutes up to 24 hours on working days, depending on how busy we are. You will not be chased or passed around. We will take the time to understand who you are and what you need before suggesting anything.

  • Carer supporting elderly woman with companionship and emotional support at home in Sussex and Surrey

    We listen properly

We arrange a free assessment, either at home or by phone, depending on what works for you. Every person’s needs are different, so we do not start with assumptions. The person needing care, and the people around them, know their situation best. We will listen.

  • Carer assisting elderly woman with meal support and daily living at home in Sussex and Surrey

We are honest about whether we can help

Once we understand the situation, we will tell you clearly whether CareLink Direct is the right fit, and what that would look like in practice. Because we have nurses and trained carers ready, we can often start quickly once a care plan is agreed and it is safe to begin.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. There is no charge for the initial assessment and no obligation to go ahead. We do not believe in pressuring anyone into a decision before they are ready.

That is fine. Most people who contact us are not sure at first. You do not need to arrive with a care plan or a diagnosis. Tell us what is happening and we will ask the right questions. Our assessment is designed to help work out what is needed, not to confirm a decision you have already made.

Because we have nurses and trained carers in place, we can often move quickly once the care plan is agreed and it is safe to begin. If your situation is urgent, please tell us when you contact us and we will prioritise accordingly.

We are based in Worthing and serve Sussex and Surrey, including Brighton, Chichester and Crawley, within approximately a 40-mile radius. We are expanding into Surrey and already support children there. Please contact us if you are not sure whether we cover your area.
