Elderly Care At Home
Staying home as you get older, with the right clinical support around you.
Getting older sometimes brings health changes that make daily life more difficult and staying at home feel less certain. See how we support elderley people at home
Growing older does not have to mean leaving home.
For most people, home is where they want to be. Their own surroundings, their own routine, the things around them that are familiar. That matters enormously, and it is something we think is worth protecting.
But as health needs become more complex, staying at home safely becomes harder without the right support in place. A new diagnosis, a hospital admission, a fall, a gradual decline in mobility or memory, a condition that has now reached a point where more clinical oversight is needed, any of these can make families feel that a care home is the only option, even when their loved one has no wish to go.
Here is how we support older adults and their families at home.
CareLink Direct is registered with the Care Quality Commission for Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury.
This is a regulated activity covering complex clinical care at home, and it means we can safely provide care that most agencies cannot. Our nurses are on the ground, involved in every assessment, and present in the care of every complex package.

Complex clinical procedures at home.
Safely delivered by nurses &, Trained Carers
Many of the people CareLink Direct supports are living with conditions that become more common as we age, conditions that may have been manageable for years but have now reached a point where day-to-day care and clinical oversight are needed at home.
Consistent, familiar carers who earn trust over time.
One of the things that matters most to older adults, and to the families who love them is seeing the same faces. A consistent team, who know the person’s routine, their preferences, and what a normal day looks like for them. Carers who notice when something is slightly different, because they know what it usually looks like.
